As anesthesiologist, you will be responsible for: • Administering anesthesia and monitoring patient vital signs during medical and surgical procedures, and making appropriate adjustments in anesthesia to ensure patient comfort.
• Supervise patients and monitor their pain medications before, during and after surgery; offset adverse complications or reactions; record amount and type of anesthesia as well as the patients’ conditions throughout procedures
• Manage anesthesiological services and coordinate with other professionals to formulate procedures and plans; direct the duties of medical technicians, nurses and other healthcare support staff
• Manage medical problems if they occur during surgery
• Create recovery plans 
• Monitoring patients’ vital signs during procedures
• Informing patients of risks associated with anesthesia
• Supervising nurses when they administer anesthesia to patients before procedures
• Communicating continuing care instructions to specialists and nurses
The ideal candidate should have license from the state of Arkansas with the following qualifications:
• Must have MD or DO qualification
• A degree in medicine with a 4-year residency in anesthesiology.
