Associate Marketing ManagerVA
Key Responsibilities: (includes but not limited to):
Deep dive into customer data to generate actions and insights to improve the customer experience and business effectiveness, proactively communicate and support cross-functional teams to leverage data and think consumer first.
Lead all aspects of CRM including establishing strategy, data analytics, conceptualizing new ideas and establishing deep engagement with target consumers
Lead the development and launch of a distinctive and relevant KFC loyalty program to become a go to platform that is used for relevant offers, information, direction, etc.
Manage the direct mail program by analyzing performance to optimize offers and working with internal and external partners on the in-market execution.
Establish themselves as the main point of contact with Franchisees to influence their marketing strategies and inform and align them to the corporate strategy.
Post-Secondary degree in Marketing or Business and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing with a leading retailer, QSR or packaged goods organization or equivalent.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply them in both financial and Marketing contexts
Must be able to quickly adapt to KFC tone of voice and understand what type of communications and offers resonate with different customers.
Curiosity and an entrepreneurial spirit is key. The candidate must feel comfortable experimenting and have the initiative to follow up and report on results, continually evolving best practice and sharing globally.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task with several priorities.
Flexibility, high-energy level, drive for results attitude.
Field marketing experience would be an asset
Bilingual (French, written and verbal) would be considered an asset
Proficient in MS office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
