The Digital Marketing Communications Advisor, as part of the Americas Fuels Marketing Communications team, is responsible for providing digital marketing communications support across several marketing programs covering disciplines such as creative development, media, online marketing, search marketing, email marketing, digital media, social media, mobile, technical (tools, UI/UX, production, process), digital strategy and analytics, agency and vendor management. The Digital Marketing Communications Advisor will be located in Houston, TX and works under the day to day direction of the Marketing Communications Manager or a Marketing Communications Team lead.
Primary Job Functions
Identify, prioritize and support business opportunities to use digital capabilities, assets, and channels to meet business objectives. Proactively identifies and communicates trends. Support Fuels Marketing team by leveraging digital capabilities and channels to achieve objectives and innovation. Coordinates and maintains digital properties as appropriate. Regularly assess performance of digital properties and initiatives and proactively offer proposals for improvement. Contribute and participate in global digital network. Leverages and shares best practice. Collaborate across business as required. Plan and manage digital marketing communications budgets and closely track and monitor expenditures in support of various projects. Manage all digital project results, research findings when appropriate, competitive activity, etc. to continually maximize internal and external opportunities. Manage ongoing alignment between Marketing Communications, 3rd party vendors and agencies, and internal stakeholders across digital spectrum of activities. Job Requirements
B.S. in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent degree/work experience Demonstrated work experience in digital marketing, agency, agency management, creative campaign development and tracking, media purchasing, other marketing activities Proven ability to manage multiple projects in deadline driven environment Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders Proficient in Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and possesses excellent administrative and organizational competencies Technology experience: Marketo or Eloqua, Sitecore, Salesforce, On24, SharePoint Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
