We are currently seeking a Maintenance professional to join our team at our location in West Java, Gunungkidul. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, creating work orders, estimating job durations, analyzing equipment failure history for repair recommendations, coordinating spare parts requirements with the warehouse, overseeing maintenance tasks on-site, updating the CMMS system post-job completion, compiling equipment performance reports, and supporting reliability improvement programs.

To qualify for this role, candidates must hold a D3/S1 degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience in industrial facility maintenance. Proficiency in CMMS systems and job planning is essential, along with the ability to read equipment manuals, analyze failure data analytically, coordinate effectively with technicians, be willing to work on-site as required, and possess advanced office software skills.
