Responsible for financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within the project. Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget, that the project's objectives are met and that everyone else is paid for their job properly. Manage and taking care of financial expenditure for the estimated contract value. Responsibilities Provide cost and financial control support for the project by working closely with the contractor. Prepare detailed weekly and monthly cost reports, forecasts and analysis. Provide advice on estimating, planning, cost control, and risk analysis to the project teams. Issues budget updates and project cash flow. Prepare forecasts, cost trend report and monitor cost and budget forecasts. Ensuring effective controls are implemented in accordance with company management procedures. Review contractor, vendor and consultant invoices. Coordinate with the purchasing and receiving teams ensure all deliverables were received before authorizing payments. Establishing and managing the project and activity structures.

Qualifications Minimum of 5 years in construction/project. Excellent oral and written communication. Excellent knowledge of finance, account, business planning and project cost management. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Home base remote job (non relation)

Assignments Provide finance and accounting service on project site such as Petty Cash, Local Bank (Westpac Bank Plc), online username and password access login, payment to local vendors, cash flow and other projecting requirements. Provide link between project site and bank accounting function.
