We at GORING Hotel currently looking to recruit a " GUEST SERVICES MANAGER" staffs to join our well-established and award winning team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Direct and manage staff who interact with customers to ensure high quality guest experiences. Supervise the daily operations of the front desk operations and front desk staff, including the supervision of shift closings, bank audits, and daily reports. Assist with the implementation of front office programs to enhance the experience and provide leisure enjoyment for the guests. Monitor inventory, rates, schedules, and complete payroll and expenses. Responsible for maintaining compliance and remaining up-to-date on new initiatives for the brand and Hotel. Directly handle customer service problems, working for satisfactory resolution. Assist with sales and champion the Daily Sell Strategy. Responsible for scheduling the Front Desk Department and adhering to company labor guidelines to ensure proper coverage. Assist the Executive Housekeeper twice weekly, inspect guest rooms and public areas. JOB QUALIFICATION: A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent in a related discipline an asset . Hospitality experience Excellent communication and problem-solving skills The skills and experience to lead a team to consistently deliver exceptional guest service Developing the leadership qualities of all staff Experience working in a hotel as a front desk representative (or equivalent) EMPLOYMENT BENEFITS: Excellent Salary, Overtime Bonus, Health/life Insurance, Relocation expenses, Educational assistance, Medical, Optical and Dental Care, Family/Single housing accommodation.
