  • Adhere to all standards and procedures as set out in the Associate Handbook and compliance with Starwood’s Code of Conduct.

  • Deliver exceptional service to both the internal and external customers in line with the principles of the Starwood “S.T.A.R” philosophy.

  • Co-ordinate the preparation of accurate hotel monthly profit & loss account and balance sheet in compliance with Starwood Financial Policies & procedures and in line with Starwood reporting timetable.

  • Prepare month end journals with appropriate supporting documentation and post into SUN general ledger.

  • Prepare accurate month end financial reports & analysis as per Starwood and Owners reporting timetable.

  • Compiling the Month end reports in to Starwood reporting system.

  • Analyzing monthly profit and loss variances and taking corrective action where required.

  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations with appropriate supporting documentation

  • Participate in month end inventory stock-takes where required.

  • Review bank statements on a daily basis and investigate any unknown entries.
