Retail Operations Involve and Manage array of Brands, Sales forecasting / demand planning, vendor management, and Manpower Hiring / Training / Retention Strategic planning for the process; setting up operational goals and performance objectives, monitor and improve performance Setting Benchmarks in VM & SIS, adherence of Planogram Focus on retail KPIs Keeping a close Tab on Competition Strategies in Advance. Maintaining Channel Sales / Profitability Drive aggressive Secondarys for the Channel Less returns by efficient sales through put hence optimizing inventories. Reduction and managing OPEX through efficiency Increasing ratio of Sales Mix to Stocks Mix. Strategic Channel Management Defining the Long term mutual sales / Profitability of KA channel with Business Partners. Breaking down the desired output into mutual requirements, with business partners. New Business & Categories exploration Long Term Relationship & Proactive Responsiveness. Manage internal alignment and leverage benefits across various concepts and support functions. Team Management Providing direction, motivation & training to the sales team for ensuring optimum performance and enhancing their professional and soft skills.
