Customer Financial Services
As part of the Customer Financial Services team, you’ll ensure our customers understand the charges we have applied to their account and resolve any issues. Talking directly to customers, you will provide information and explanations regarding payment.
- You will be expected to resolve problems through both standard and customised solutions, using your excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Sound judgement and common sense will enable you to come to compromise agreements with customers who we want to continue to do business with.
