• Align management style, working practices and conduct with Aloft Bengaluru Cessna Business Park’s and Starwood’s vision, corporate values, operating standards and policies.

• Be actively involved in maintaining all relevant Starwood programs.

• Align strategies with business strategy; understand short- and long-term impact of business decisions.

• Establish a regular core pattern for Sales calls to key & prospect accounts.

• Focus on increasing the market share of the hotel through active soliciting of new acquisition accounts or target accounts.

• Aggressive conversion of prospect group leads to definite.

• To be responsible for soliciting business for the meal venues and banquets.

• Be well informed of the competition and market information.

• To conduct periodic visits to competition hotels to assess new business and trends.

• To increase the number of contacts in each company to ensure proper coverage of an account.

• Enforce Personal, Instinctive and Renewing guest service.

• Be innovative with everything you do.

• Dedicate time to your personal development.

• Where required develop policy, formulate direction and strategy.

• Maintain regular contact with “Brand” Sales offices and Worldwide Sales Offices and where appropriate submit sales leads within the Starwood network.

• Ensure all communications are aligned to the Aloft brand image.

• Participate in public relation events, key account appointments, trade shows and activity programs to ensure all important contacts are regularly updated and entertained

• Be personally involved in the “caring for community” program.
