Description

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

  • This role is responsible for the enablement of commercial resources. It is also responsible to implement innovative tools and processes to ensure SAP customers, prospect and partners, have the best experience possible interacting with SAP. As a result, SAP will increase its revenue through defined Territories. SAP commercial team will be also the main source of net new customers. Creates a sales certification program for Cloud.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for Sales Enablement and building a world-class Commercial Cloud Sales team that will sell Cloud solutions via efficient and value-based market penetration strategies through an Inside Sales Digital Selling Motion.
  • Be accountable for implementing a certification process working together with Regional cloud leaders.
  • Main solution focus are, Cloud LoB solutions – Human Capital Management (HCM), Customer for Cloud (CFC), and Business Networks (Ariba).
  • Provides Sales Enablement to a team of high caliber sales talent, introduces strong sales processes, supports the development of a full pipeline of sales prospects, engages Customers and Partners at the Executive level, and motivates the sales team.
  • Develops and applies an in-depth understanding of SAP’s processes/ procedures and Sales Tools + systems as well as enterprise market, including industry, marketplace, strategies and trends, competitors and competitive tactics to develop an effective long-term sales strategy and plan.
  • Demonstrates outstanding sales execution track along SAP sales cycle, ensuring SAP’s sales methodologies and common processes are in place and defining clear territory engagement guidelines.
  • Listens and monitors calls to take necessary measures to ensure the right quality of calls is demonstrated by the Commercial Cloud Sales team to build and close pipeline of opportunities, and demand generation for sustainable growth.
