Strategic • Survey the global environment to identify best practices in the areas of branding, customer relations and customer care management for residential projects; Provide inputs to superiors for developing appropriate strategies to address / incorporate the same in BEL • Conduct in-depth analysis of the geographic, demographic and psychographic aspects of each target market and provide inputs to superiors to design branding / advertising initiatives for residential projects Operational • Drive implementation of sales strategies around new residential project offerings, product pricing and delivery in line with Organizational guidelines; Communicate new initiatives / projects to critical stakeholders • Provide inputs for the development of a framework / matrix for pricing of residential projects across the Organization based on latest market price trends, industry norms and stakeholder expectations • Assist the General Manager – Marketing
