- Build alliances and tie-up with corporate to generate leads for residential sales. Forge new alliances across Bangalore, Mysore, Hyderabad, Mangalore & Chennai. Build a program to keep the existing alliances active for lead flow. Strategic • Build Brand Awareness • Create a program in the B2B space that is well recognized & received • Build effective database that can be reached out through various communication modes • Create multiple channels that can help in building sustainable leadflow • Review, evaluate programs, relationships and leads with conversion of leads to business Operational • Tie-up with corporate for lead generation – Minimum three new tie-up in a month with corporate’s with minimum employee strength of 25 employees • Identify opportunity to showcase Brigade Residential projects in various trade associations, chamber of commerce & professional forums for lead generation • Build alliances with loyalty programs running across cities that can help us reach out to the wider HNI customer base for lead generation • Devise programs that help us build in-roads into the HNI clubs, associations, forums and business parks to showcase our offerings to SME owners and prospective buyers • Plan yearly calendar for events and programs that can help us generate over 1000 leads per month
