Description

  • Provide Design services to the new build and existing properties in the region.
  • Work with the owners and various consultants to ensure the opening properties are on-brand.
  • This includes implementation of Architecture & Construction standards, design direction, brand signature elements, signage standards, - Disable standards, review operational aspect of the project and conformance of operating standards pertaining to the project etc.
  • Provide services to existing properties by preparing PIPs and support the team to transform the hotel as per new generation of the Brand.
  • Work with Acquisitions & Development team to evaluate the opportunities and support them in conversions.

Requirements

• Organize Design immersions, provide design briefs to various consultants, prepare room mix charts, etc. Help the consultant to understand brand design narrative. Perform design reviews at each and every stage to ensure compliance of A&C standards, design programming, operating aspect, signage standards. • Perform design reviews on various ID concepts and design related documents to ensure compliance of brand design direction. Provide feedback during design workshop to help with on-brand implementation of design and grant approvals for next level development of the project. • Prepare site reports to evaluate the progress of the project by conducting site visit and update internal team with the progress and circulate the report to the owner and relevant external team. These site visits are also to ensure that the execution of work is being carried out as designed and advise corrective actions in case any discrepancy is observed.
