Job Specifics :

  • Is part of the Account Management team responsible for maintaining and generating incremental business from Identified Accounts.

  • Serves as “a one-stop shop” and maintaining and generating incremental business from Regional Accounts (RAs) in key domestic source markets for Hyatt in South Asia and the Hyatt network.

  • The Sales Manager will support the Regional Vice President Sales as “a one-stop shop” for Identified clients.

  • The accounts will be defined through Cognos Analysis, as those that support 2 or more hotels and deliver a threshold of business.

  • The Sales Manager will look after important segments i.e. Government or Wholesale, or geographically i.e. defined territories in DEL/MUM.

  • The individual will have good knowledge of Delphi and the RFP process and will have to work on Envision.

  • The Personal Business Plan will focus on increasing revenue share, room nights, brand values, and generate repeat business from specific clients.

  • The Sales Manager will need to communicate and work with hotel sales teams to ensure network benefits are leveraged through intelligent use of sales data supplied by the Strategic Marketing Manager.

  • Qualifications
  • Required competencies: Hotel School Graduate, Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent presentation skills: personal and professional Good industry knowledge, preferably Hyatt product knowledge and a sensitivity to the Hyatt culture Good negotiation skill to assist with RFPs Extremely client and customer-driven.
