Catering Sales Manager
- To assist the Director of Sales in the implementation of all Policies & Procedures specific to Catering and Events. Responsible for the efficient running and operations of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations Responsible to achieve the event sales budgeted targets and develop marketing strategies to increase revenue and at the same time enhance guest experience To represent and demonstrate Hyatt Place values and be a brand ambassador for the organization
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 4-5 years work experience in a similar field preferably with hospitality industry. Good operational, administrative, analytical and interpersonal skills are a must.
