  • Ensuring total administrative organization of the sales team in conjunction with the administration assistant
  • Provide secretarial services and assistance to Sales department.
  • Distribution of tasks to Administrative Assistant to ensure effective flow of work through office, as dictated by workload from director and managers.
  • Compilation and distribution of tenders, proposals, rate advice’s as directed by Managers/Directors.
  • E-Sales responsibility. Includes updating of databases, inputting of quotes and overall E-sales function capability in conjunction with Administrative Assistant.
  • Coordination of travel for all Directors and Managers Starwood Sales Organisation including assisting in preparation of family – booking of flights, coordination of travel authorizations, preparation of itineraries, follow up on feedback
  • Special projects as requested by the Directors and Managers Starwood Sales Organisation eg AIME, Starwood Expo, coordination of special events, mailouts,.
  • Requirements

     Require initiative and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with success  Excellent computer skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint  Should have worked with database ideally Siebel.  High organizational skills  Remain calm under extremely pressured situations.
