Description

Job Specifics :

  • Is part of the Account Management team responsible for maintaining and generating incremental business from Identified Accounts.

  • Serves as “a one-stop shop” and maintaining and generating incremental business from allocated Accounts in key domestic source markets for Hyatt in South Asia and the Hyatt network.

  • The accounts will be defined through Cognos Analysis, as those that support 2 or more hotels and deliver a threshold of business.

  • The individual will have good knowledge of Delphi and the RFP process and will have to work on Envision.

  • The Personal Business Plan will focus on increasing revenue share, room nights, brand values, and generate repeat business from specific clients.

  • The Sales Manager will need to communicate and work with hotel sales teams to ensure network benefits are leveraged through intelligent use of sales data supplied by the Strategic Marketing Manager.

Qualifications

  • Hotel School Graduate, Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation skills: personal and professional
  • Good industry knowledge, preferably Hyatt product knowledge and a sensitivity to the Hyatt culture
  • Good negotiation skill to assist with RFPs
  • Extremely client and customer-driven. External focus
  • Sales aptitude
  • International exposure
  • Self-motivated and can work independently
  • Language, (English and appropriate local dialects i.e. Hindi)
  • MS Office and Delphi competency, and other Hyatt specified software
  • Property: Southeast Asia Offices
