Sales Manager / Sales Executive
- Systematically and efficiently call on Key Accounts within Delhi location and report findings and opportunities to the Associate Director of Sales.
- Pre-qualify and target Key Accounts, utilizing the Delphi database and develop appropriate and effective sales solicitation strategies to increase hotel’s market share
- Conduct regular Market Surveys and Competitor Research
- Enroll Private Line members from the local community commensurate with minimum productivity targets& Issue Private Line newsletters to local market
- Tracks performance and reviews volume for all Private Line members on a monthly basis.
- Contact Executives of organization to explain services and facilities offered by hotel and to solicit business.
- Assists with the preparation of the annual Marketing Business Plan ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the hotel and needs of employees.
- Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
- Professionally conducts routine telemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities in Delhi. Follows up sales leads to identify prospect.
- Meets and greets VIP guests upon arrival/departure.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years work experience as Assistant Sales Manager/Sales Manager
- Graduated in Hotel Management / BMS/ MBA in Marketing
- Essential prerequisite is knowledge of the Travel and Hotel industry
- Well developed communication and negotiation skills
- Strong follow-up/project management and organizational skills
- Thorough understanding of selling techniques and marketing concepts
- Well developed computer skills particularly in the use of Outlook, E-Mail
