Ensuring total administrative organization of the sales team in conjunction with the administration assistant
Provide secretarial services and assistance to Sales department.
Distribution of tasks to Administrative Assistant to ensure effective flow of work through office, as dictated by workload from director and managers.
Compilation and distribution of tenders, proposals, rate advice’s as directed by Managers/Directors.
E-Sales responsibility. Includes updating of databases, inputting of quotes and overall E-sales function capability in conjunction with Administrative Assistant.
Coordination of travel for all Directors and Managers Starwood Sales Organisation including assisting in preparation of family – booking of flights, coordination of travel authorizations, preparation of itineraries, follow up on feedback
Special projects as requested by the Directors and Managers Starwood Sales Organisation eg AIME, Starwood Expo, coordination of special events, mailouts,.
Require initiative and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with success
Excellent computer skills: Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Should have worked with database ideally Siebel.
High organizational skills
Remain calm under extremely pressured situations.
