- Previous experience in Consultative selling of IT solutions (Healthcare Payer/ Provider/ Life sciences)
- Presence to interact with CEO / CXO client executives Role
- Lead sales activities for CitiusTech - targeting specific geography / client segment
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Work with delivery organization to scope solutions and close deals
- Visit clients onsite to present solutions & obtain approvals
- Lead contract discussions / negotiations
- Participate in trade shows / conferences
- Manage multiple client relationships
- Manage client relationships – including onsite review meetings at client site
- Facilitate overall design and architecture with help of technical leads
- Identify and scope growth opportunities within the relationship – including project definition, requirement gathering
- Other areas of participation
- Lead and manage technology partnerships and joint sales opportunities
- Identify and develop specific market niche and Solutions
