Head Of Training & Development
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Analyzing training needs for employees in order to design and provide programs tailored to improve their knowledge, skills and abilities 2) Ensure the guidelines set are implemented fully and monitor PMA 3) Analyze career progression pattern in place and identify factors inhibiting employees` concern and ability of OCC to attract and retain talented staffs. 4) Design and development best practices to promote continuous learning. 5) Develop the competencies mapping to align the required skills with the company’ objectives. 6) Implementing training and development of staffing criteria for OCC guidelines 7) Ensure talented individuals within the company are being developed in a fair and equitable manner, without regard to race, colour, sex, age, mental or physical disability 8) Develop and implements OCC succession planning 9) Plan and manage the delivery of the planning and career development programs 10) Evaluate all key training to be delivered to employees annually with standard methodologies. 11) Restructure Training Center to include Assessment Centre and broaden the task of bi-annual and year assessment.
