Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a suitable advertisement, describing the benefits as well as long term career prospects
  • Plans, organize and coordinates recruitment activities, meeting with individuals, departments and management to define position, selection criteria, timelines tec.
  • Respond to applications’ inquires both orally and in writing
  • Identifies initial salary placement for classified and management employees and make job offers
  • Reviews interviews questions, offers suggestions to clarify ambiguous inquires
  • Compiles, monitor and tracks all recruitment statistics in the OCC
  • Acts as a resources person for Oman Cement Company for recruitment matters
  • Reviews recruitment paperwork for completeness and accuracy such as job announcements, interview questions, record sheets, etc in coordination with the HR Manager
  • Review employment files to verify minimum qualifications for position to met
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for recruitment events as and when required
  • Undertake other tasks as required as directed by HR Manager and recruitment specialist/HR
