  • Custodian of Manpower Planning and Staffing Requirements.
  • Custodian and Management of staffing budget.Manage Mapping Jobs Competencies Vs Individuals
  • Job Analysis and Pool of Competencies, Jobs Advertise In liaison with All Departments including Update of JDs.
  • Initiate Job Offers and Contracts Vs Market Salary Trends.
  • Manage Staff Career and Succession Plans
  • Manage additions and deletions and staff records.
  • Temporary Manpower Documentation Records and Related Process including payments.
  • Supper User of Human Capital Management Oracle on recruitment and staff.
  • Custodian of Labor Clearances
