  • Custodian and Management of Annual Training Plan Budget and Crafts Courses. Manage Global Staff Training in Technical disciplines in liaison with Departments through Trainers .Manage Vendor Training in Liaison with Departments
  • Supporting Staff Career and Succession Plans Implementation. Participate in Mapping Jobs Competencies Vs. Individual Competencies.
  • Updating Training Plan Vs. Proposed and Actual Implementation Details.Manage Summer Internship Training in different working disciplines and liaison between educational institutions and all departments
  • Custodian of Training Feed Back Process And Actions Proposed. Custodian of Vender Training in Liaise with Departments. Update and Maintain All Training Records (forms, certificates) and Filling.
  • Supper User in HCM in Learning Management
