Job Description

  • Reporting to Country Head
  • Developing and administering various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel
  • Participating in developing department goals, objectives and systems with management guidelines
  • Developing, recommending and implementing personnel policies and procedures; preparing and maintaining handbook on policies and procedures
  • Accustomed to independent working
  • Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable provincial and federal labor laws and representing the organization at any hearings if necessary
  • Recruiting for Organization
  • Orientation to newly joined employees with policies and providing welcome package
  • Counseling managers on candidate selection
  • Implementing and annually updating compensation programs
  • Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic surveys and job evaluations
  • Designing and Implementing MBO, Incentive and benefit programs with management guidelines
  • Managing Organization Payroll and Benefits
  • Designing and contributing in employee and career development plans
  • Primarily an office job however must be prepared to travel out-of-city with overnight stay, if required
  • Hearing and resolving employee grievances
  • Final Settlement of employees, conducting and analyzing exit interviews
  • Maintaining Organizational charts and historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current employee records
