Description

Systems Limited is hiring for the following position in Lahore:

Responsibilities:

  • Candidate profile search using linked in, job boards, advert response, Boolean search etc.
  • Ad hoc duties as per the requirements of the manager – recruitment.
  • Analyzing the resume of a Job seeker/candidate/consultant and should talk to him to understand his technical background, expectations, preferences, reason for the change etc.
  • Framing different job search strategies according to the job seeker/resume.
  • Ability to interact, develop Vendor network and get candidates placed in quick turnaround time.
  • Initiate background checks on candidates and identify potential red flags.
  • Initiate drug tests and interpret results.
  • Inform candidate of company's decision.
  • Compose offer letters/Work Orders and negotiate salary, per hour rates and benefits.
  • Experience in US market preferred. Academic Qualification(s):
  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
