We are looking for patient and punctual CSR's (Male, Female) having excellent English accent (UK, USA). Applicant must have the ability:

  • to attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services
  • to resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
  • to effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • to identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • to provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • to follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent English accent (UK, USA)
