Maintains, Controls & Monitors the files for all PMV Items. (Purchasing, maintenance repair requests/spare parts invoices, Third party certificates, Registration cards, selling/scraping records) · Monitors that PMV Policies and procedures are applied in all PMV Units · Monitors the Document controls & record keeping of all PMV Units · Prepares the IOC`s (Inter Office Correspondence) for Sold/Scrap Write off, Leave Request, Iqama Renewal, Registration Renewal, Insurance Claim, Personnel Employee Request Letter as required · Supervising the Vacations, Iqama renewals and other processes of PMV manpower · Creates the PCA (Personal Change Authorization) of new arrival and Keep the Record of New arrival and Transfer Location Record. · Transfers and Receiving of PMV Manpower. · Updates the Records of PMV Manpower on regular basis · Maintains, Controls & Monitors history files record for All PMV Manpower · Ensures that Camp is updated regarding New arrivals, transferred from other Projects and returning back from vacation employees to arrange accommodations · Arrange Medical Insurance Card, Iqama, Bank ATM Cards & etc for Employees · Prepare & Finalize the Pay Roll of PMV staff and PMV manpower on all Projects · Ensure PMV Safety & Security · Initiating the new hiring process by raising Employee Request to HRD · Follow up with HRD for new employees deployment process (Approvals, Offer letters, Visa, Demand letter, Contract / Agreement, Job commencement form & etc.
