Description

· Daily Attendance record · Maintains, Controls & Monitors the files for all PMV Items. (Purchasing, maintenance repair requests/spare parts invoices, Third party certificates, Registration cards, selling/scraping records) · Prepares the IOC`s (Inter Office Correspondence) for Sold/Scrap Write off, Leave Request, Resignation, End of contract, Termination, ETR, Iqama Renewal, Passport Information transfer, Registration Renewal, Insurance Claim, Personnel Employee Request Letter as required · Processing the Vacations, Iqama renewals, Name Correction, Change of profession and other processes of PMV manpower · Create the PCA (Personal Change Authorization) of new arrival and return from vacation, keep the Record of New arrival and Transfer Location · Transfer and Receiving of PMV Manpower. · Updating the Records of PMV Manpower on regular basis · Keeping history files record for All PMV Manpower · Inform Camp regarding New arrivals, transferred from other projects and returning back from vacation employees to arrange accommodations · Arrange Medical Insurance Card, Iqama, Bank ATM Cards & etc for Employees · Prepare Pay Roll of PMV staff and PMV manpower on all Projects · Prepare the Employee Requests & forward to HRD · Updates Recruitment summary · PMV Asset Insurance on yearly basis (Plant, Machineries & Vehicles) · Addition of Equipment’s / Plant to Insurance policy when purchased. · Ensures that fleet assets are properly tagged, licensed and insured. · Tracks the status of the fleet in terms of registration with official bodies and insurance and advises and supports the concerned Divisions / Departments and Insurance Unit on these matters · Process third Party certification of all Operators & Lifting Equipment’s.
