Description

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Prepare a schedule and organize the meetings at the internal and external auditing departments and send invitations to the participants.
  • Prepare a schedule of the monthly and weekly timings of the internal auditing department as well as the administration working team.
  • Write the reports and letters of the internal auditing department.
  • Organize and index all the internal reports incoming from the other departments and submit them to the executive manager, and keep them at their own records.
  • Maintain all internal auditing department files in a way that ensure their integrity and fast retrieval

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of accounting or business administration. Not less than 4 years in coordination of administrative works and report writing
