  • Meets assigned sales targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
  • Ensures tender preparation and computation of quotations.
  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Leads demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty and inform the Business Unit Manager/ Team Leader-Sales.
  • Achieves product growth targets in the assigned geography or customer account.
  • Follows up on Purchase requisitions, Delivery requisitions, Sales invoice, Pro forma, delivery order, LPO and related documentation if required.
  • Participate in stock taking if required by Materials Management Department.
  • Ensures the production of presentations and supporting material in coordination with Marketing & Business Development department, such as technical papers or customer references, to help win business.
  • Represents the company during Trade fairs, Exhibitions, Marketing Events, Conferences etc in coordination with the Marketing & Business Development Department.
  • Is responsible for cash on delivery (COD).
  • Handles customer complaints and ensure resolution.
  • Ensures completion of reports on sales for the assigned product lines and sales to individual customers.
