This demand letter is made on 12 day of October 2015, for the hiring of overseas skilled/unskilled manpower from abroad with following terms & conditions;
- The candidate should be experienced for his/her applied positions
- If candidate is not skilled on his/her position, agent is responsible for travel him/her with their own cost & subject to payment of visa cost for employer due to non-compliance with conditions
- No visa will be changed after approval. Before proceeding, job offer letter should be signed and accepted by applicant.

- Basic Salary: AED 1000
- Allowance: AED 200
- Total Salary: AED 1200 per month
Performance Required / Experience
- Candidates should have knowledge of reading the HVAC /Cladding drawings – sizes as well as technical methods.
- Fabricate the HVAC Duct, bending, all pipes and fitting as well as elbows, tee reducers, joint. rings for G.I. or pre insulated sheet as per the drawing.
Gulf return candidates with experience will be given top priority & Salary will be negotiable.
- Note: The allowances will be given for food. If company provided food, the amount of allowance will not be applicable.
- Date of joining: Within 30 days from the date of offer letter
- Accommodation: Provided by the employer or an allowance (If applicable)
- Food: The allowance is mentioned with the salary, employer shall provide the consumable for cooking as well as kitchen/LPG gas kit and cooker. This is employee responsibility to prepare his/her own food.
- Transportation: Provided at room to site to room
- Working hours: 8 hours basic and over time
- Overtime: After completion of basic. Also Friday and public holidays will be on overtime
- Work /leave cycle: 730/60 days – leave salary will be provided after comeback from leave on time
- Duration of contract: Unlimited
- Medical: Company shall recover health insurance (Extra will employee own expense)
- Probation period: Six (6) months
- All other terms and conditions as per UAE labor law.
Other Terms & Conditions:
- i. Should be complete two years for the current mission, in case of the employee want to leave the company he/she shall bear all the coast of visa, air ticket, medical and insurance
- ii. Employee shall complete two years for eligible leave salary
- iii. Company will give salary current month 20-27 of the last month salary by bank transfer
- iv. A yearly increment will be there depending upon the workers performance
- v. Company will notice one month before, if want to terminate the employee for necessary reason
- vi. Employee should notice two months before to proceed on leave or resignation
- vii. Necessary safety gear will be provided at site like safety shoes, uniform
- viii. Employee should follow the rules of company, if any other than this
- ix. After end of the current mission (Project) if any one standby more that fifteen 15 working days – company shall pay half 50% of basic salary along with food and accommodation.
