Job Description

  • Receive and process incoming and outgoing mails
  • Manage travel and logistics for all employees – organize business itineraries, travel arrangements & hotel bookings
  • Provide administrative support to both staff & customers, make and record appointments and coordinate activities with staff
  • File correspondence and other records
  • Coordinate purchases of office supplies and manage all aspects of print & digital production, receipt and distribution, including leaflets, posters, flyers and newsletters
  • Coordinate interviews ,training events and conferences
  • Assist clients and refer them to appropriate contacts
  • Be an excellent team player with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Have excellent customer services skills
  • Custodian of leave, processing of medical insurance card & life insurance of employees
  • Coordinate visa processing of staff/clients

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Must possess good telecommunication skills
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative function
  • Graduate in any discipline with good working knowledge of computer (MS office)
  • Should be creative, effective in communication and capable of independent planning & meticulous metrics driven execution
  • Ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees and vendors
  • Demonstrate high integrity and maintain internal and external relationships that meet company’s core values
