Job Description

  • Greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answering phones with proper phone etiquette and transferring calls to the concerned.
  • Provide administrative support such as faxing, filing, binding, distribution of all incoming and outgoing faxes, scheduling and booking of the meeting room as directed, routine correspondence, forms, reports and data entry
  • Mailing/couriering important documents or packages and maintaining records of the same.
  • Assist with business visas and travel arrangements for employees.
  • Organizing office operations (maintenance of premises, office equipment and consumables).
  • Support staff in assigned project based work.
