- Coordinates with divisional team within the projects
- Works with Directors, Senior Managers and divisional staff
- Prepare and coordinate presentations/conferences/meetings and events with internal & external parties
- Manage and ensure timely arrangement of all meetings
- Coordinates travel arrangements inclusive of air ticket, hotel accommodation, visa arrangements, claims etc for the Managers and Divisional team
- Composes drafts and completes non-technical correspondence from oral and/or written instruction
- Arranges meetings, schedules locations, coordinates time with listed attendees, and arranges refreshments and equipment as needed
- Assist divisional team with preparing reimbursement and other claims
- Provide full admin support to the divisional team
- Maintain proper organization and storage of documents and information
- Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management and recording of technical documentations
