Job Description

  • Responsible for the UAE market sales growth in our Dubai showroom
  • Effectively obtain customers’ requirements in order to make a sale and provide the best service
  • Maintaining and developing customer business relationship through face to face interaction, telephone calls, or by e-mail
  • Responding to sales inquiries received through inbound and outbound calls, e-mails, or fax
  • Developing and implementing sales plan to expand the customer base
  • Preparing quotations and negotiate with clients to finalize the sale
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers for new business prospects
  • Review own sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Following- up and negotiating the terms of an agreement to finalize the sale
  • Confirm and arrange deliveries with customers
  • Assist the sales supervisor on the sales and marketing plan, day to day report, maintenance and delivery schedule, etc.
  • Generate and analyze weekly sales reports in order to identify sales prospects and provide solutions to problems
  • Collecting payments from customers and assist them on their Statement of Account if needed
  • Maintaining customer records using the company’s internal sales system
