- Effectively obtain customers’ requirements in order to make a sale and provide the best service
- Maintaining and developing customer business relationship through face to face interaction, telephone calls, or by e-mail
- Responding to sales inquiries received through inbound and outbound calls, e-mails, or fax
- Developing and implementing sales plan to expand the customer base
- Preparing quotations and negotiate with clients to finalize the sale
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers for new business prospects
