Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook Responsible for handling all documents and formalities related to hiring and recruitment. Manage all aspects of events and promotions, including but not limited to staffing recruitment supervision training and acknowledgement Contracting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings Responsible for the preparations required for executions of events and promotion Preparation of monthly roster management for staff Develop and maintain event and volunteer databases. Project performance management, recruitment and project retention Planning, implementing and managing of promotions and events for monitoring competitor’s activities and assist in marketing intelligence. Liaising with the PRO for the Visa processing of the new employee Visa, Labour Cards, etc. Updates employees information and monitors expiration of all employees document such as passport, visa health card labour card etc. Responsible for timely application and renewal for work permits and activation of promotions Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system of all company documents and employee records Compile various reports in excel and analyse performance.
