Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly energetic, motivated, success-driven Sales Manager who will be responsible for prospecting and selling our web & IT solutions.
  • The person would be responsible for the development and performance of sales activities & should direct sales towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
  • Should also establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area
  • Develop business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities to ensure a consistent revenue stream
  • Build and manage lead generation programs to feed the sales pipeline and report on this pipeline
  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their business need and qualify sales opportunities, focusing on those opportunities that are core to our business and where we can help ensure client success
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses.
  • Develop relationships at the executive level to successfully build trust, demonstrate value, negotiate terms, and close quality business opportunities on a consistent, measurable basis
