- Ensures demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty are informed to the Business unit manager and Marketing & Business Development manager
- Ensures product growth targets in the assigned geography or customer accounts are achieved by sales specialists.
- Ensures all Purchase requisitions, Delivery requisitions, Sales invoice, Pro forma, delivery order, LPO and related documentation are completed.
- Assists in the production of presentations and supporting material in coordination with Marketing & Business Development department, such as technical papers or customer references, to help win business.
- Represents the company during Trade fairs, Exhibitions, Marketing Events, Conferences etc in coordination with the Marketing & Business Development Department.
- Conducts periodic market analysis and presents findings to the business unit manager.
- Assists the business unit manager in preparation of strategic sales plans for the business unit.
- Ensures the implementation and adherence of all company policies and procedures by all sales specialists.
- Ensures resolution of all customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Presents the reports on sales for the assigned product lines and sales to individual customers to Business Unit manager as per reporting guidelines and company templates.
