We're looking for an experienced Sales Professional to join as a Sales Executive, with Plastic Flexible Packaging / Thermoform Manufacturing company experience. To Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals
Responsible for business development, sales & marketing visualize and create new business opportunity plan for opportunities in the existing and proposed segments. Key Responsibility
- Develop new business opportunities in new & existing business segments.
- Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
- Increase productivity at all level (Turnover, Revenue Vs Cost, Timely collection of payments etc.)
- Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the company.
- Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation.
- Come up with the solutions to existing business challenges.
- Identification of new opportunities and formulate strategy to converts that opportunities in to business.
- Determine price schedules and discount rates.
- Protect and develop the company’s brand via providing best quality product, solutions, service to customer.
- Conduct area specific market research and market intelligence to develop new business opportunity including to face the competition of the competitors.
- Be a team player and work to achieve team targets.
- Lead the customer complaints handling process.
- Industry Preference Flexible Packaging & Thermoform product.
- Candidate must have Middle East region business experience.
- Excellent Communication.
- Expertise in making power point presentation and deliver presentation
- Should be smart and energetic.
- Proficient in English & Arab added advantage
- General Skills – Good Interpersonal Skills
- UAE Driving License
