Purpose of Role: The Account Manager must ensure the timely and accurate delivery of creative, targeting data and analysis for our Tesco Mechanics specifically Supplier mailings. You will work closely with the mailings team, Tesco and the relevant internal teams to manage the end to end process and support in driving the strategy & development of our Tesco mechanics and support in developing these through strategic testing. Key Responsibilities:
• Building and managing the relationship with the mailings Marketing Managers and Operations teams at Tesco • Supporting the Comms team in:
- driving and developing new opportunities across mechanics
- driving and developing strategic tests across each mechanic • Supporting with the evaluation of the programme and delivery of insight and results to drive programme of improvement • The creation of best practice and golden rules • Looking at loyalty programmes across the world and use learnings to drive best practice • Developing and driving efficiencies and automation • Quality assessment of coupon targeting and objectives • Prime contact for client & client team internally for all matters relating to administration and campaign delivery
• Day to day management of the mailings from end to end • Scheduling workflow of supporting delivery teams (data preparation & analysis) • Management of the virtual delivery teams within dunnhumby that support the delivery of these mechanics • Advising on targeting options for supplier and commercial mailings & coupons • Retaining a commercial focus and ensuring projects are delivered profitably and efficiently • Proactive communication with client teams
Education, Experience, and Preferred Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any subject Proven experience in a data and direct marketing environment
