Being associated with a very reputed organization (HSBC) where I had the opportunity to enrich my communication as well as professional skills. I interacted with clients from the UK, Australia, New Zealand and various parts of the Globe. This long journey with the organization gave me time to learn and also deliver the same.
As a part of the IT helpdesk Level 1 support it helped me improve my technical knowledge by troubleshooting and repairing hardware and software related issues over the call to maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries. On the whole this was a short journey with the process.
With the IIC (Investments Internal Calls) handled calls received from the HSBC UK Retail Branch staff enquiring about front end customers Investments. This gave me knowledge of the UK banking process eg: Withdrawal, Transfer, Buying and Selling of Shares, Switching of Funds or updating personal details.
Was accredited Process specialist (SME) and Team Coach for IIC (Investments Internal Calls team).
