I currently hold the position of Senior Research Analyst in BBC Global News. My key role in the organisation is to build brand awareness by contributing to the overall success of the brand which includes creation of relevant brand campaigns, consumer insights across platforms, decoding insights for different Industries & categories, conducting ad hoc research projects and surveys, pre and post analysis of the marketing strategies & designing short term and long term strategies for multiple brands. I am well versed with various industry software’s like IASAP(Ipsos), BARC , Omniture, ComScore, Google Analytics etc. Prior to BBC, I have worked with Network 18 handling multiple channels and brands of different genres & industries respectively. My key responsibilities were audience insights, sales strategy, market research, competitive analysis and strategic research inputs to my stakeholders. I have also worked on the other side of the table with agencies like Group M & Universal McCann as a media planner. My media agency experience comes in use quite a lot of times as I understand what needs to be delivered at the final end of the process. I am a keen learner and willing to take initiatives to meet the goals of the company and create brand reputation for the organization I service.
