My background includes serving as a customer service associate and after finishing my studies I was hired for the Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Specialist position, both in a call center set up. Most recently, I worked on the Talent Acquisition Department for Teletech Customer Care Management, where my responsibilities included conducting interviews, facilitating online and client specific assessments, job offers, and other client-based processes.
In addition to this experience, I was cross-trained for the Managerial position which gained me a lot of knowledge when it comes to leadership and handling multiple teams across different sites.
4 years ago, I worked in a customer-support call center for a major telecommunications carrier in the US. In this position, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, service interruptions or cutoffs, repair technician delays/no-shows and equipment malfunctions). I consistently met my call-volume goals, handling an average of 56 to 60 calls per day.
