I was working with InfasME (Du project) as a Document Controller. My responsibilities were to verify customers documents for sim registration, Handling and resolving customer complaints via telephone, Managing customer and enterprise accounts in EDMS, Organizing and maintaining electronic and hard copy filing of all incoming and outgoing emails, correspondences and other important documents, Bulk printing, arranging photocopying, copy checking, indexing, file preparation and collation, Establishing, maintaining and updating files, databases, records and other documents, Drafting formal letters using MS-Word and MS-Outlook, Maintaining stationery stock.
I also bring to the table strong computer proficiencies in Microsoft Office Advance Level - (Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook), Languages: C++.
These experiences have encouraged me to be confident that I have acquired the abilities that will deliver positive results to support the InfasME requirements.
I enjoy solving problems and have better people skill, also satisfy customers by providing better service. I am a quicker learner, team player and having a good adaptability and compatibility. I am very honest, loyal, hardworking person willing to learn and utilize the various skills that have developed over the years. I can handle stressful situation and carry my work to the end.
