I am writing to apply for the position of Human Resources Manager. My nearly 12 years of experience ,post my MBA & MA in HRM from UK,includes responsibilities such as HR Operations and General Administration.
I am currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources & Administration with The ITC FZE, Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai.
This role requires me to establish and operate the HR and the Administration Department of the organisation for staff strength of approximately 200 people; develop core values and culture to match with best practices of MNCs globally; managing the Visa,Insurances and Administration .Acting as change manager/champion in the organisation by developing and reviewing policies /procedures and exercising controls; complete the recruitment cycle, managing performance appraisals and working as Management Representative for implementation of ISO.
As a Post Graduate, CIPD (Associate),my capability to manage complete Talent Management process including resourcing both internal & external manpower, evaluating competency based recruitment, administering performance management and succession planning keeping in centric the Vison & Mission of the organisation, which will be of interest to you. I have a proactive management style with highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.
