My background includes serving as a customer service associate at call center. Most recently, I worked on the customer service desk for Cravia Co. in Dubai for three years where my responsibilities included handling customer delivery requests, order returns, issuing refunds/store credits, customer complaints and inquiries and providing back-up as online operator at the ZWZ Online Service Ordering Portal.
Previously, I worked as Team Member at KFC Singapore with high volume numbers of customers. In these position, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints. As well as I worked as a Manager Trainee at McDonald's where in handling customer request and complaint was my major job.
In addition to this experience, I gained considerable customer service skills during my on the job training at Astoria Plaza Residential Suites and Max's Fine Dining Restaurant.
