Have experience of Customer Services/Marketing and Sales, possess necessary qualifications/skills to successfully fulfill the job requirements.

Working in Mobilink, I have learnt motivating skills, problem resolution and managing enraged customers in order to retain them. Providing excellent customer services & achieving given targets, both in customer services and sales. I have proved myself to be a competent employee by successfully managing a number of different customer care jobs as well as my team’s performance.

Working with Mobilink in Sales/Business 2 Business has taught me how to work in a Multinational organization and dealing with sales staff and other stake holders. I have learned a lot from sales visit as it was altogether new to me. Joining Mobilink again was an entirely different experience w.r.t sales and was a challenge, but being a quick learner managed to perform well in conjunction with my team.

Working with Mobilink/Sarmad Rice Mills has advanced my communication and interpersonal skills. I possess good computer skills including, MS Office applications.

In Mobilink I have worked on different roles on my own and currently working as a Team Lead in Enterprise Sales. I always believe in hard work and try to keep myself motivated.
