It’s my pleasure to introduce you myself, I am Sadaf Abbas from India currently based in UAE.

I have 05 years of rich experience in Logistics and Warehousing.

Presently working with Agility Global Logistics as a Client Service Executive for Doosan Infracore deals in spare parts of Excavators.

My early level of carrier starts from The Royal Bank Of Scotland based in India dealing with the credit cards account of UAE customers where I spent 2 years of my life as a Operations & Customer Service Officer.

After the contract is over in The Royal Bank Of Scotland I have worked Convergys India Limited based in India as a Sr. Customer Service Representative for 1 year and 2 month.

Then I move to Dubai and join CWT-SML Logistics LLC as a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator for 2 years.

During the first year working with CWT, I receive appreciation award from Client.

The accomplishment I have achieved in this project is inventory accuracy and process improvement.

Now I am based in UAE since July 2014 Employed in Agility logistics as a Executive-Client Services in 3PL operation.
